This Warranty & Quality Guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution where appropriate.
For the fastest support, we recommend reporting any issue as soon as possible after delivery.
📦 Delivery Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label where possible

This Warranty & Quality Guarantee does not cover:
- Customer-entered spelling or personalisation errors
- Incorrect names, dates, locations, photos, or custom text submitted by the customer
- Incorrect size, colour, product, design, or product options selected during checkout
- Change-of-mind requests
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
- Minor colour variation caused by screen, monitor, or device settings
- Minor placement or production variations that are normal for made-to-order items
- Damage caused after delivery
- Claims submitted outside the stated reporting timeframes
How to Request Support
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our support team before returning any item and include:
- Your order number
- The name and email address used during checkout
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant
- Any relevant tracking or delivery information

Resolution Process

In some cases, a return may not be required before a replacement or refund decision is made.
